EFFECTIVE SCALE CONTROL THROUGH ACCELERATED CRYSTALLIZATION
Flow-Tech neutralizes scaling ions by changing the path of least resistance from equipment surfaces to suspended hosts, such as colloids. As a result, tiny seed crystals form and harmlessly float throughout the piping system until they are removed via flow, blowdown, or caught in a filter.

In a separate paper, researchers discovered that Flow-Tech alters the typical morphology of silica deposits, resulting in a more granular and porous layer.
