Flow-Tech Update: COVID-19

The impact has been felt by every facet of our country, regardless of industry or location. As we all continue to monitor the progress of COVID-19, our team at Flow-Tech wants to share what we are doing to ensure ample support for our team members, partners, and clients.

For our team

The health and safety of our team members is our top priority. We have taken several steps to limit exposure to the virus and ensure the well-being of our employees. While we have temporarily reduced hours and staff present at our offices, we remain open and ready to process orders.

Flow-Tech employees managing all inbound and outbound shipments in our warehouse are following the steps we have put in place, and will be shipping orders every Tuesday and Thursday.

We have been following recommended travel restrictions, encouraging conference calls and video chats, and have postponed in-person meetings and job site visits until further notice. Of course, we continue to follow local, state, and federal recommendations and guidelines on how we can continue to do our part in mitigating the spread of this disease.

For our partners and clients

Working with and meeting our partners in the field is an essential piece of our greater mission at Flow-Tech. Being on-site provides us the opportunity to learn from industry experts, teach and demonstrate how our technology contributes to the operational and environmental goals of facilities large and small, and allows for further development of relationships we have built over the past 10 years. With that being, we continue to stand right alongside our industry partners and end users.

Our team is working to provide the necessary resources and support to assist in moving things along to the best of our ability. We have moved planned meetings online to ensure the health and safety of others, are scheduling individual and group webinars to train our reps and service providers, and remain available for technical support for those who continue to operate in the field.

For the rest of us

As we all navigate the knowns and unknowns of these times, we urge everyone to continue to do their part in mitigating the spread of COVID-19. Please take care of yourselves, your families, and your coworkers and colleagues.

As a small business headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, we also encourage you–to the best of your ability– to support your own local small businesses. Whether it is doing carry-out from your favorite restaurant or participating in curbside pick-up from local craft breweries, we realize the importance that small businesses have on our neighborhoods and greater economy. These are challenging times for everyone, and so far we have witnessed folks creating solutions and coming together in ways that reassure us of our greater common goal as a community.

We ask that you do your part in stopping the spread, and that you please do not hesitate to reach out to us if we can assist in any way with technical support or general inquiries.

Thank you to our partners, clients, and supporters. We are grateful for your continued loyalty and trust as we manage and sort out the impact of these times together.
